I am glad to say that during Winter 2021 COVID Lockdown 3 Southwell Acupuncture Clinic is OPEN to treat high needs care. As a member of the British Acupuncture Council, I have the Critical Worker Status. 

In these difficult times it is extremely important to take care of your Health and Wellbeing, Traditional Five Element Acupuncture is an excellent way to treat your Physical and Mental health, to keep your immune system strong to help keep COVID at bay, especially in Wintertime.  

Each patient is assessed for risk and need for treatment, COVID safety is carefully followed to UK Government and British Acupuncture Council guidelines. You can come to treatment even if you are shielding. In the time that I have open for treatment there has been no COVID cases in my clinic.  

Every patient is screened before each treatment (asked if have any symptoms of COVID or been in touch with anyone with COVID). I leave a half an hour gap between patients to enable me to ventilate room, change treatment couch covers and disinfect all areas patient and practitioner has touched. I ask patients to wash their hands on arrival at my clinic room and wear a mask. I will wear a mask and a face shield when in close contact, washing my hands before during and after I have been with each patient. 

Your health is very important to me and I am doing my very best to keep my patients safe using my experience of 25 years as an acupuncturist and my previous experience as a nurse.
