Migraine Awareness Week 2019

Mindful of Migraine Workplace

Migraine Awareness week this year is focusing on builds workplace activity. The aim of this is to create workplaces that are ‘Mindful of Migraine’. Be mindful of migraine we mean for employers to be aware of the high numbers of people who get a migraine and that it is a complex, varied, and often debilitating neurological condition. We would then like employers to make reasonable adjustments once they become aware that they have an employee who gets a migraine. From

Migraines are debilitating and affect each person differently, raising awareness and understanding is very important. As are ways that you can treat Migraines to avoid your life being so disrupted by Migraine attacks.

Traditional Five Element Acupuncture treats each person individually, as we all respond differently to external and internal causes of illness. We do not treat the Migraine we treat the person, treating your whole system on levels of Body, Mind, and Spirit, as all are affected when a person is having Migraines.
