From July 4th 2020 The British Acupuncture Council have given accredited members permission to start Careful Practice. Treatment is undertaken with PPE and disinfecting the clinic between patients. This means I can see all my patients with assessment of their needs, so will be glad to welcome my patients back and I will look after you with great care

Valentine’s Day Caring – with Acupuncture

Valentines Day is on it’s way, a day to love and care for each other and yourself.

Why invest in flowers that will dry out, or chocolates that only produce short term pleasure when you can invest in your partner’s health and well-being?

Traditional five element acupuncture has been used for over 4 centuries to combat pain and many illness’s, and also to promote health and happiness. Furthermore, acupuncture has been scientifically proven to reduce high blood pressure (the silent killer), increase average lifespan, and overall longevity. Acupuncture can reduce stress and anxiety and encourage that loving feeling!

Valentine’s Day is an excellent opportunity to seek acupuncture treatment for you and your partner to reduce stress, increase endorphins, and realign your energy balance in mind, body and spirit. To enjoy a healthy, longer life with your loved one or if you are alone acupuncture can help build your self-esteem to be confident to move forward in life.
