At Southwell Acupuncture Clinic I treat many women with many problems with perimenopause, helping to work through this time to find their menopausal wise woman.
My personal experience of menopause was hot sweats and insomnia, which acupuncture cleared and I am through to the other side mostly! I highly recommend treatment, as do many of my patients, happily sleeping, not sweating, with anxiety clearing and life going on.
Therefore I highly recommend traditional five element acupuncture for a natural drug-free menopause.
