At Southwell Acupuncture Clinic I treat many women with many problems with peri- menopause, helping to work through this time to find their  menopausal wise woman.

My personal experience of menopause was hot sweats and insomnia, which acupuncture cleared and I am through to the other side mostly! I highly recommend treatment, as do many of my patients, happily sleeping, not sweating, with anxiety clearing and life going on.

Therefore I highly recommend traditional five element acupuncture for a natural drug free menopause.
